DIAMETER GUIDE Hoops are custom made to order and comes in your choice of diameter. For new hoopers, a general guide for picking a hoops diameter right for you is to measure from your belly button to the floor in inches in the standing position (that number will give you the approximate diameter you should pick for your first hoop). If you have a small body type, go down a few inches in size and if you have a larger body type, go up a few inches in diameter when picking out your first hoop. Remember that the smaller the hoop is in diameter, the faster the rotation will be, so pick a smaller diameter hoop if you are more advanced or choose a larger diameter hoop if you are a beginner hooper.
